  The Woodlands Swim Team is a community based recreational swim team founded in 1962. Affectionately referred to as Woodlands or WST, our swimmers enjoy excellent instruction, great camaraderie and exciting competition. At the heart of our team are our families who come from many of the surrounding neighborhoods and schools. We pride ourselves on inclusion, recognize all swimming abilities and we understand that our membership is our greatest asset. With WST, age only matters when you are racing in the pool. On dry land, we are one big family where it is common to find 6 year olds hanging out with 16 year olds, where lifelong friendships are built and where good sportsmanship and encouragement are reinforced every day. Welcome.

Invitational results
Thanks to all for another exceptional Woodlands Invitational. Here are the meet results, and here are the results for high point winners.


Star and Patch awards
If your swimmer has achieved an 'A' or County time in 2010, they are eligible for a star or patch award. These awards can be put on an embroidered towel, backpack or parka. To receive a star or patch, fill out this form, and put it in the LaPierre family folder.


Last Chance meet
Swimmers get two tries to achieve an 'A' or County time at the Last Chance Meet, Wednesday, Aug. 4 at the Woodlands. Swimmers must be within 1 second of their 'A' or County time for 25-yard events, within 1.5 seconds for 50-yard events, and within 2 seconds for 100-yard events. The meet is at 6 p.m., with warm-ups at 5:30.
