The Woodlands Invitational is an exciting and prestigious East Bay meet hosted at Woodlands. It is an invitation-only two day event that includes many of the finest teams in the area. While all swimmers may not be entered in the meet to swim, our parent volunteers and the contributions we receive for this event are what makes it so successful. It’s hard work but fun to work together as a team and show off all that Woodlands has to offer. You will be humbled by the magnitude of the event and the commitment of all of our parent volunteers and will truly feel part of the Woodlands community.

The Invitational is our BIGGEST fundraiser for our team and requires full participation from all our parents. This year's Invitational is headed up by David and Lisa Lamm. As the season approaches and throughout the early parts of our regular meet schedule, you will learn more about Invitational and how you will be asked to contribute time and resources. Job Requirements

• One Set-Up, Take-Down, or Clean-Up shift
• Two additional shifts (non set-up or take-down)
